How to change intellisys from bar to psi
does the controller go back to factory settings after powerloss? if so you may have a bad battery inside the controller. it can be replaced with some nifty soldiering skills. other than that a controller replacement is 2k, programming requires you hitting a sequence of buttons on the controller i think its set set f2 f1 then change the bar to psi. it may be different depending on the controller.
What cuases high a/e discharge fault on ingersol rand air compressor
Dirty coolers are always associated with high discharge temps,always make sure your coolers are clean
compressor oil filters being clogged can also raise your temp n cause the unit to over heat,and on the much bigger machines if the compressor oil pump fails then you will have severe over heating as the oil flow to the cooler is assisted by the pump!!things like regulating pressure should always be adjusted to the machines specs so it doesn't over pressurize n put load on your airend while the engine is at idle.

You need to replace the blow down. They are bad for coming apart. Since this is in the left side between the inlet and seperator sump you will need to remove the seperator and check for any missing pieces of the blow down valve. There are 2 or 3 screws holding it in place with a 1/4 " plastic tube to the middle of it. I
