Take the front off and replace or clean the filter. Get a soft brush and remove the lint from the coils. If it is severely dirty you can buy some cooling coil cleaner

Air conditioner wont work after winter off

Make sure the filter is clean. When you remove the filter you should be able to see the evaporator coil. Make sure it's not clogged with dirt. If they are clean is the fan and compressor are running. If they are not working and with the cost of repair if no warranty. It's time for a new window unit.

Hi,
The compressor is in a locked rotor condition..which means that it is trying to spin but cannot, probably because of a mechanical failure within the compressor...
You will need to replace the compressor, but for most window units it is cheaper to replace the whole unit...

Blowing circut

Well with air conditioners, you need to plug them into a circuit in your house that you will not be using for anything else, whether that be lights, computer, etc... because portable a/c systems like that can take up to 15 amps which is what the average circuit is designed for. If you do have it as the only thing plugged into that circuit in your home, then it could be that the unit is going bad and is drawing too much current, or the electrical system in your house is not operating correctly. To which if it is either the unit or your electrical system and not just an overload of appliances, then you'll need to either get the a/c fixed or replaced, or have an electrician come out and check out the system.

But check to make sure you don't have anything else on that circuit of your house other then the a/c unit.

Installtion Manual

Do you have power cord installed on the unit? If so then you will have to have a receptical near the unit. You set the unit in a window following the instructions set forth in the manual, then you find a electrical receptical near the unit and plug it in. Follow the instructions in the manual for desired temps and fan speeds. There isn't any other necessary connections as the unit is one piece based on the model number the thread was posted under.

My Lg split system air con spits water

Make sure the unit is tilted downward at the back. About 1" lower than the front is good. Even with a drain, the water will pool inside if it doesn't have a slope for drainage.
