You have it in "Sleep" mode. Spa will not heat normally in this mode... If the SL Message is Alternating with the Water Temp in the Display Screen (we call this "Flashing Sleep"), the Spa is Operating in the Sleep Heating Mode. If the SL Message is ON Solid (Not Flashing) in the Display window of the panel, the Spa is Operating in the Sleep Heating Mode, but there is No current water temperature because the Spa is between Filter Cycles. Between Filter Cycles, while in the Economy or Sleep Heating Modes, the Pump has not turned ON and the Last Water Temperature is not Current. To read the Current Water Temperature, either Change to Standard Heating Mode or turn On the Heating Related Pump, and wait at least 2 Minutes. SL or SLP is one of the Modes you can program your spa into: EC - Economy ST/Std - Standard SL/SLP - Sleep It is advised you keep your spa in Standard mode. Push the Jets button then immediately push the light button. Each press of the light button will scroll between these three modes. Good Luck

I have a Clearwater Spa with a LM8000 spa pack that the control module does not work. Can I purchase just the control module or do I have to replace the complete system? If I need to replace the complete system what system can I replace it with?

Check to see if something inside the control panel circuit board came apart or broke from being moved. These things were not designed to be moved around a bunch so you probably have a soder joint come loose or get disconnected.

there are at least two separate circuit breakers feeding your spa and two reset buttons. the circuit breakers are located a few feet away from the spa in an electrical box.

the reset buttons are in the mechanical space of the spa where the pump and heater are located.

Hello! I have a question about my Balboy 500Z. When the water is heated the motor pump is still running that means the pump runs all the time without interrupt even the water has it's temperature. The hot tub is in 'Economy' mode.

If you have a 'mode' button, press it until 'STD' shows. This will put the system back into the Standard mode.

First, we have to establish what you mean by turn on the unit. Is the GFCI breaker set on when you try to turn the "unit" on? What are you activating to turn the "unit" on? A switch, a disconnect, a button on the topside controller, etc.? Need clarification before we proceed to diagnose. At what level do you understand electricity? Is there a licensed electrician available? Please answer and we will take it from there. OK?

Switch the black & red wires, normally these are connected to the speed ports of the motor. But.... be careful! Electricity is color blind and does not care what color wire it is traveling through. So therefore confirm that the black & red wires are on High & Low marked lugs. Then once that is confirmed, then switch the position of those two wires.
