turn on 3g on your phone. you also need to be in a area where its 3g and the one you try to call to need to have a 3g phone and 3g activated and in a 3g area. when you try to call, choose video call

This problem occurs due to fault in your charger, The some problem came for me once...

• try replacing the charger with the ORGINAL Sony charger

Note:Don't use a charger that was manufactured by anyone but Sony Ericsson

Contact your service provider, they should know if you can change networks.It is a 2 & 3G only phone so that will restrict it as 3G is now obsolete.
