One of the fuses on the microprocessor panal the

If on replaccement of the same rating of fuse blows out then the microprocessor board must be investigated for a short. It can be failure in the power supply or a protector or a regulator but will not be difficult to confirm as a multimeter in continuity range will be able to figure out the short in the tested line.
Use the logic to check from the fuse to the board, release off any connector to confirm the section.

Our refrigerator LG Model #LFC23760 just quit

fuse blew, if you have a contract have it repaired but try to keep the old mother board. (they just throw it away anyway, otherwise they are not authorized to work on LG units) you will see the culprit fuse. have it replaced in an electronic shop, (have them put in a fuse holder) and keep a few extra fuses Just in case... next time you could replace the board yourself.

No power both fridge and freezer i dont know how

replacing the mother board is the option that a repair person uses if they are authorized to Repair LG parts. on the back of the unit there is a square plate remove it and you will see the mother board. on the bottom right of the mother board is the culprit fuse. its soldered in. you will have to go to an electronic store and get another fuse and either replace it or have them replace it for you. i went to radio shack and picked up the fuse holder, soldered it in and in the future will only need to replace fuse.
