Your signs point to a failed power tube. First though, does it defrost? If it does it is an electrical control problem. If it does not defrost, do the following.... With the power unpluged you may want to remove the outer cover, ( screws at back ), and locate a shiney metal box. That box is shielding for the power tube. Get the part # from the tube and replace. You could check price and availability at www.avnet.com . Make sure you replace all of the shielding exactly the way you found it. VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!
If it's under warrenty guarentee, then take it back to where you bought it? If not, all you can safely do is to check the fuse, if OK, buy a new one. - sorry
Either the bearing has seized, or there is a bad connection on the terminal board where the wires connect to the motor.
I would spray the bearings with a good penetrating oil (I like PB's Blaster) and let it soak for a while.
Then spray it again and immediately turn the squirrel cage by hand and see how well it turns. If it's not smooth, it needs to soak some more and the bearings may be shot. Then you'd have to replace the bearings or the motor.
It is turns smoothly, you need to unplug the power cord and inspect the area where the cord plugs into the motor. Look for charred connections. In some cases (as I did to mine a few years ago) you can clean up and/or bypass the connections, making sure they are clean and tight.
If the connections are bad and cannot be repaired, the motor will have to be replaced.

I have a new Kitchen Aid Convection Microwave with air fryer. I've not yet used the air fryer, but today I put a pan with a roast and set to convection roast and turned it on. I put the aluminum foil over the top of the pan and it sparked. I don't know why this happened. I'd sure like someone to let me know.
Here are the steps to remove the door cover from the door of your LG Microwave model LMHM2017ST:
Unplug the microwave from the power source.
Open the microwave door and locate the four screws on the inner edge of the door.
Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the four screws.
Carefully separate the outer door panel from the inner door panel.
You will now see the door cover attached to the outer door panel.
Use a flathead screwdriver or plastic pry tool to gently pry the door cover off of the outer door panel. Start at one corner and work your way around the edge.
Once the door cover is removed, you can replace it with the brushed silver cover from the new door.
To reassemble the door, simply snap the new cover onto the outer door panel and then reattach the outer door panel to the inner door panel using the four screws you removed earlier.
Make sure to be careful when removing the door cover, as it can be fragile and may break if handled roughly.

It depends where you live? In the UK, the fuse is in the wall plug. In the US and other countries it _may_ be at the rear where the mains lead goes in. Sometimes they pull out, sometimes there is a small screw cap.
