NETWORK UNLOCK CODE:
To unlock your mobile you need to get network unlock code(NUC) from current service provider via phone or go to service provider office.

While you get the Network unlock code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only.If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the network unlock code.

RESTRICTION CODE:

To get restriction code you have to call your previous service provider. This code is provided to prevent in case of theft taken place the other person cannot use your phone in other networks.

While you get the restriction code ,the previous service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only.If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the restriction code.

if you want to change the phone back to english menu then follow the instruction below on step by step account

the samsung juke has a very paticular button on the LEFT Of the Number "0" wich is "#"
you hold down for three seconds while your on a conversation ad easy as that you have your phone on speaker to deactivate speaker mode just Hold down the # and you deactivate it

If you look on the right side of the phone therewill be a opening for headphones that is silver and a second opening that should be whatever color your phone is. The second opening is the place to put in your charger or the usb conector.

you may have broke the spring it is fixable but it may cost a pretty penny if your not doin it yourself carefully take the phone apart there ar screw behind the battery and look just inside so if anythings broken if so take it to verizon so they can get you that part

i am pretty familiar with the inside of that springed hinge...its a round spring (obviously) but you should probably take it in...if its under warrenty 'cause that seems like something someone wouldn't be able to fix to easily...or you could also tape it
