Programming Notes
• If your device does not respond to the remote after trying all codes listed or your brand is not listed in the code list, use the Auto Code Search method to program your remote.
• Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may operate only a few functions of your device. There may be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality.
This is a trial and error procedure; and quiet time consuming. You might have to check different codes said for your device.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device; to which you want set-up codes; in the "Search box at the top right of the display window" to get gathered related posts.
hi, You want to block a number on your SonyEricsson W610i ?
Well, you can do this in 4 ways:-- 1) Edit your profile to ring only for those numbers which are in the contact list. This will not inform you when a call from anonymous number arrives.
2) There're some applications available in market which will give you this feature. Download the application from mobiles24.com or from mobiles9.com
3) You can do Call Baring feature which is in the settings page to block the calls. Note: it'll block all calls. Or you can use Call Forward feature also. For this give a fake or any other non-active number to forward.
4) Contact your Network Provider for blocking a particular number.
Follow any of the options shown as your relevancy.
fixya doesnt have access to personal, pricate or security accounts or records --you can try your old provider with pass account information and they may be able to assist
you can try to download LEO Privacy. If a person pick up your phone it take a picture I'm that person is holding your phone so if you lose your phone it takes a picture of your phone and you try to find your phone over the other and then you got a picture of the thief or the person that took your phone from your personal possession or home I like it

Not sure of the Sony, but some other phones go into 911 mode if 911 is dialed - then every call goes only to 911. Somewhere in the settings there should be a Mode selection - normal, airplane, emergency, etc.
Hi Anonymous, If you've locked your phone through entering an incorrect pin number 3 times then you need a Puk code, Ring your service provider and they will give you the FREE Puk code.....
If you lock your phone again sometime in the future and you're still with the same service provider you can use that same Puk code.. BUT if you've forgotten your pattern code The link below is a YouTube video of a guy showing 3 ways but the 3rd way is a factory reset meaning you loose everything in your phonebut the first two ways are worth watching. Also there's videos down the right side that may help..... I hope this helps...... CHEERS..

Your SIM code was locked because you gave it 3 times incorrectly and now phone asks for the PUK code to unlock the SIM. PUK stands for 'PIN Unlock Key'. It's a unique code that is linked to your specific SIM card and is usually 8 digits long. The PUK code is unique to your SIM card, so you can only get this from your mobile network. Sometimes they will give you this when you first get the SIM card, but not all networks do this. If you cannot find it, give your mobile network a call or visit their Cutomer's Service and they will be able to give you the PUK code after you have answered some security questions.
Write your answer...detach the sim from phone clean the contact points of the sim. if possible rub the sim contacts with a pencil erasor. reinset the sim and check. if problem persists its better to take help of service centre. thanks.
To get a free unlock, you will need to contact your carrier. Usually the phone must be either A. Bought outright and owned. Or B. Past 6 months of use on prepaid or if on a contract, must be completed or paid to opt out. The carrier will not give unlock codes to phones that do not meet these requirements also including black flagged phones ( stolen or lost). If you can't meet the reqs , then you will need to pay someone or find a rooting guide to do it manually. Any good flasher(carrier flasher, not Rom) can do this for you very cheap, good luck
