web site, I think you will be pleasantly
surprised as usually one is able to download if available, by model
number, Customer Instruction Manuals,
list of Dealers,
for
spare parts and service, Driver
downloads
and
Installation Instructions as required.
This is the best way of ensuring up to
date drivers for your system and they are free of charge!
There
are no XP drivers to be found with Microsoft as XP is no longer
supported.
Some
manufacturers may have a limited number of Drivers still listed.

This could be a problem with the motherboard. Try to do troubleshooting first. If you will be getting the same thing then you need to have the motherboard replaced. Take out the battery then unplugged the power adapter from your computer. Press and hold the pwer button for 30secs without the battery and the adapter unplugged to the computer. If your laptop is overheating then the abrupt shutoff events is natural, one possible cause of your overheating is the heat sink on your CPU is clogged with dusts, which builds up overtime and decreases heat dissipation efficiency. So cleaning it should be your first step, the easiest way is to get a can of compressed air and blow it into the heat vents and see whether it dislodges any dust.
Also test the power cord and the battery to see if they are faulty. This also could be why the computer is shutting off.remove the battery and plug it directly to power and see if the same problem happens,if it doesn't then the battery is the poblem but if it does the you should change the power cord
do you have a cooling pad? if not, try elevating the area where the bottom vents are and see if it improves anything.
also run some Memtest86+ to test your RAM.
It want play a cd
open media player then insert cd in tray and you will be prompt to play the disc. if not then go to my computer and double click the cd drive.
