After a PIN is entered 3 times incorrectly, the phone will then prompt for the PUK (PIN Unlock Key). After 10 incorrect entries of the PUK, the SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card will be rendered unusable (PUK Blocked). At this point, the SIM card will need to be replaced.

Contact your service provider and explain your situation. Do not attempt to enter the PUK unless you are prompted to do so by the representative. Most local service centers can do this for you, sometimes for a fee for the services and the SIM card if it needs replaced.

this is the problem usually caused by virus and sometimes it might be software failure also, which causes some of the menu not tofunction,the only solution is to flash ur phone software from the nearest sony service centre,it also updates your mobile software which increases the mobile speed.... thank you.....take care................

theres a problem with your mobile software. Go to a mobile repair store or sonyericson's service center to install you a new software.. you cant do it by your self.

plz ring ur customer support and ask them for gprs settings,they will send you the settings through a text message and save the settings...................
after that you can use mobile internet to access your email and all....

If the phone is not able to set up or activate the bluetooth on the phone, try to reset the phone, if not the software must be reinstalled.

As a default Sony Ericsson does not provide such facility to lock your Phone keypad with password.

try replacing the battery.

for sending text messages :
1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct
2. call to your network operator customer care
3. request the message center number...
4.note it down
5. go to message settings>message center number
6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it
this solves your messaging problem ...

But:
Don't try to enter a PUK code without knowing the right one.
You need to call your service provider to get this code.
It can be as many as 8 digits, and it is random. If you enter too many wrong codes,
you can permanently damage the device. So Please You Go to Service office
and Get the Duplicate Sim From Office Oprater Same Your No Problem will Solved

go message and settings. and check your message centre code. and type correct code. then restart your phone. and send messages. if this problem against, network problem call your sim.

HOW TOCONNECT BLUETOOTH






Hi,

It all depends. When you want to connect a blue tooth to a phone, You will need to switch on the blue tooth device and the phones blue tooth you are pairing with.

When pairing both device, you will ask for pairing code, You four digit numbers(default code(0000). and pair.

After pairing both device, you detected paired, you can now use the blue tooth device with your phone.

there are no special code for pairing Blue tooth device.
Normal codes used are any four digit, four numbers you want to use.(0000, 1234).

You can do it yourself, and save all the money IF and only IF you have the USB Data Cable of your phone, if you have it then proceed, if you haven't got one then you need to contact some service center and tell them to flash the software/firmware of your phone. They will not charge you much for that.

Now, if you have the cables, download the update utility from here, after downloading, install and run the application. The wizard will automatically check for software updates and will install the firmware to your phone. Do note that your phone should be 50% charged and your PC should have an active internet connection.
