As a general rule of thumb, pressure on low side should equal a temperature of about 17-18 degrees if the box is not hot and a high side of ambient plus 30. Again, this is a general rule of thumb that usually gets you close enough to get a unit working providing all other things are right.

sounds like you covered most all bases. without knowing pressures, I would look for a possible restriction. Since the TXV was replaced, are you sure you went back with OEM? If refrigerant was weighed in, was the drier an oversized one? It's rare but I have found some units that just don't cool right with the factory weigh in charge. You may want to try to charge by pressures. If it has a condensate pan with a hot gas line, be sure it is dry before trying as this effects the pressures. Good luck. Looking forward to hear about the fix.

usually depends on the temp of the conditioned space. Most freezers run about a minus 10 evap to get a 0 degree box. So look for a low side pressure of about 25. High side is ambient plus 30. A 75 degree ambient, for example, add 30 and get 105 degrees. That, on a P/T chart converts to about 253 psi. Those are approximate but I'm sure you can use this to fugure out what to look for.
let me know if you need more help.

Sounds like the anti-frost heater is turning on in the freezer. Depending upon the make it can be a faulty controller board or that the light is staying on inside the freezer (also caused by a faulty controller board). Have you had the board changed?

do you have the old fuse? If so, carefully read the engraved markings on it

a general E2 error involves the temp sensor or control board. It may be different for ruey shing. Try unplugging the unit for a minute and plug back in.

how do you know the power is on if all the lights are off?
If you are referring to the main supply, then maybe there is a reset button on the unit. If the unit is running, then without a manual I can't tell what the lights are for either.
