IBM NetVista PC Desktop Questions & Answers
Where can I download the audio drivers? WinXP Pro SP3
Ouch XP!! It is possible, probable that the drivers cannot be obtained any more for that software. You could try and see if the computer can find any by clicking on check for updates on the relevant bit that comes up, control panel, then the Device manager, then open program and then go down to audio, click on that and then look for drivers. However I suspect that they are obsolete!

IMB hard disk wont run
Check your power supply at the HDD power connector. You should have +5v and +12v. Missing either, replace power supply. If they are both there and the connection is tight, replace HDD.
Spacebar sticking on older ibm netvista
Best solution, replace keyboard. If you are technically agile, you can very carefully remove the space bar while carefully noting where all the springs and things under it go. a few drops of silicone on the plunger pieces and you should be good to go when you put it back together. A feat not for the faint of heart. If you have plastic bubble contacts, replace the keyboard.

No sound at all emitted through the speakers even
Do your speakers require power? If so are they powered? You can tell just by hearing static/noise when you disconnect the speakers connector and plug it back in.If they are not powered, are you sure you are plugged into the correct port on the PC? It will have 2 half circles with an arrow pointing outward. If none of the above work, try plugging the speakers into something else to see if they work, like a CD player, or cell phone (if you have a new one with RCA output). This will check and see if the speakers are actually working or not.
Motherboard
