My Nortel MERIDIAN M2250 CONSOLE

Hello.

There could be faulty equipment or a bent cable.

First, disconnect the power to the attendant and then reconnect.

If still a problem, observe and note where all the cables are specifically connected to the console. Disconnect all the cables and connect one at a time to see if the noise returns. If you hear the noise with a certain connection, you'll narrow where the problem lies.

Hope this helps.

Nortel Vista 350 Corded Phone. Changing for new display module, I am not able to get Service Menu. With old works OK?

That sounds like motherboard / software or hardware version incompatibility issues. Replace the whole unit for $60. Keep the old one for parts.
