it may be a case of mutiple exsposure, (i.e taking mutible shots and outting them together) to fix this simply set your slef to a lower shutter speed. Please post your feedback and Vote if the problem resolved as per your satisfaction.

That your webcam is not compatible with the program you are using. Did you try different programs? Try SplitCam (free) and see if that works.
It's also possible you need to reinstall the webcam drivers.

I had a look at this site and there are 4 different SKU (Stock Keeping Unit numbers) for different versions of the minicam - version 1 and 2 etc - Also when I checked the product page it showed a minicam with FAQ's underneath
I think you should contact the company direct to try and clarify your required download

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling your camera drivers.Also if you are using this camera on any messenger(skype,yahoo,msn etc)then please uninstall and reinstall that as well.

Unfortunately Microsoft removed web cam support from Live Movie Maker unlike Windows Movie Maker that did support web cam captures
