Windows7driver

Hi bpace33

GENERAL ELECTRIC MINICAM PRO HO98756 WINDOWS 7 WEBCAM DRIVER

You can download the Windows 7 Drivers for your webcam by clicking on the link below and scrolling to the lower half of the page. If you select the "save" download option and select "desktop" as the download destination, you can download the setup files and save them somwehere for if you should ever need to reinstall the drivers again at some point in the future.

http://www.jascoproducts.com/support/software-downloads-win7.asp

A PDF Manual is also available for download for this webcam
.
Please note that, for some webcams, it is better to install the drivers and capture software first and then connect the camera afterwards.

If you have previously installed the drivers and software with the camera connected, disconnect the webcam > uninstall all components of the webcam drivers and software > restart the computer > reinstall the webcam drivers and software > restart the computer > reconnect the webcam > Computer > right click on the camera icon at the bottom of the window (scroll down if necessary)> Send To > Desktop (create shortcut) > double click on the new desktop webcam icon.

I hope this helps.

Ge minicam pro 98067 wull

Hello!
Your webcam is not compatible with Mac. It requires Windows XP, 2000, ME, 98SE.
I would still recommend you to try updating the driver:

  • Start>right-click Computer>Properties>Device Manager
  • Find your camera in the list and right-click on it>choose Update and wait for the update process done
  • Restart computer and check if your camera works
  • If not, go to Device Manager again and see if there is any driver marked with yellow exclamation mark sign; if yes, right-click on it>Uninstall; go to the top and click scan for hardware changes-this should scan the changes and run installation wizard automatically, so then just follow instructions.
  • You will probably need to restart again
If that doesn't work, try one of these drivers:

Hi, i have a ASUS A6R

Hello nikki_silver,
The best thing to do in this situation is a System Restore.

To perform a "System Restore.
" Follow these instructions carefully, and you will have no problem at all.
The first thing you want to do is click on the "Start Button,paul7of9_50.jpg" from the Desktop.
Next, click on "All Programs," scroll to find "Accessories," next select the "System Tools.
" You will see in the next window that open, "System Restore!

paul7of9_51.jpg

"Now this is very important!
Once you click on the System Restore "shortcut" it will start to look for the last known time of a change in your computer.
The System restore can take as long as a 1/2 an hour to run, so be patient.
"Do not try to do any type of work, don't even touch the keyboard for any reason,
just let it run!"
Once the System Restore finds the correct "Date and Time"of the event;
choose the Date closest to the time of the occurrence.

In your case it will be the deletion of the "Webcam."

.paul7of9_53.jpg

Now once again, there will be a message telling you not to do anything with the computer,
and please don't.
The System Restore will "run" for a while, so once again be patient.

paul7of9_52.jpg

The computer will then "Shutdown and Restart."
Lo-gin if you have to; but!
Do not touch the Keyboard once the Desktop window open, because System Restore is still running.
Wait! Until there is a message letting you know the Restore of your System was successful!

Take your time.
"I hope all goes well, please let me know if you need further assistant.
Best Regards.
Thanks for using Fix'Ya."
