Panasonic NN-T655SF Microwave Oven Questions & Answers
Microwave start and after a few seconds it shutdows
That is typically a bad mag or a bad inverter. Sort of pricey either way. Hard to test the inverter without a good mag and running the unit and testing the amp draw. I repesented Panasonic and stopped doing warranty service for them because of that Inverter System. The inverters fail so often and are a bear to confidently diagnose. Sure there are tests at certain points you can do, but you really cannot difinitively test the mag without just applying the proper voltage to it and see if it fires. For the cost of new Microwaves today. I personally would RUN! There are tracer signals that must go from the main board throught the inverter system and back to the main board. If something interferes with that is will shut down or give you a code. So Ultimately it could be MAg, Inverter, or Main PCB, not worth it. Get a new unit with full warranties and be done with it. You will save money in the long run.Good Luck!!

Smoke comming out high voltage cage
That is a very bad sign as I'm sure you are aware. It will probably damage more things then you realize.
In this case I'd say it's probably not worth repairing, but it's up to you, let me know what you think you want to do here. Is it an NN-T655SF as indicated?
Thanks, let me know if you have any questions or concerns, just reply to my answer here and I will be right back with you.

NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM
This is usually due to a bad door switch or door switch mount or a failing keypad (Start pad).
See
this file on door switches and mounts.
If you think it might be the keypad, we would need your brand and model number to help you.

I have a Panasonic genius dimension4 nn-9853
Most probably the low voltage transformer of in the control panel is open . It has a thermal fuse which is between pin1 and pin 5 of the low voltage transformer. This fuse is however inside the transformer. If you get a DC resistance of about 350- 400 ohms between pin 5 and 6 of the transormer , connect an external 500ma fuse between pin 1 and pin5

Microwave Panasonic NN T551 new does not start even after pressing clock button , no display to set clock . Icon comes only. As : after pressing stop button. No other button gives any response
It seems like you're experiencing an issue with your Panasonic microwave oven NNT551. If the clock button is not responding and you only see two dots when pressing the stop button, there might be a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
- Power Cycle the Microwave:
- Unplug the microwave from the power outlet.
- Wait for about 30 seconds.
- Plug it back in and try setting the clock again.
- Check for Child Lock:
- Some microwaves have a child lock feature that can prevent certain buttons from functioning. Check your manual to see if your model has this feature and how to disable it.
- Reset to Default Settings:
- If there is an option in the manual or settings to reset the microwave to its default settings, try doing that.
- Inspect for Physical Damage:
- Ensure there is no physical damage to the control panel or any other part of the microwave that may be affecting its functionality.

How do I cook an individual frozen pie in my Panasonic convection/grill/microwave
To cook an individual frozen pie in your Panasonic convection/grill/microwave, you can follow these steps:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Remove the pie from its packaging and place it on a microwave-safe plate.
Place the plate in the center of the microwave and close the door.
Press the "Convection" button on your microwave and set the temperature to 375°F.
Set the timer for 25 minutes.
Press "Start" to begin cooking.
After 25 minutes, check if the pie is cooked by inserting a toothpick into the center of the pie. If it comes out clean, your pie is ready! If not, continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes until it is fully cooked. This is a general guide and there might be variance with your particular device.
