Machine has power but not moving through cycle
Hi there. I have a candy cwb110 and the bearing on the motor went. I replaced this put it all back together and now when you set it to wash it wil only spin for 30secs and then it will end it's cycle and do no more!? wil drain it's water fine on that mode just wont run it's wash cycle. motor sounds healthy when it is spining.
Is there a reset on the computer side of things or something i may have done wrong?
Cheers
Wyn
My washing machine isnt taking the conditioner
Some techs will usually say to clear your hose out with a coat hanger, but with your model, hot water and a wet/dry shop vac will do the trick. Make sure the water is very hot, but not so hot it melts the plastic. Fill the cup with the water and when it has drained about halfway down apply the shop vac to the drain hole itself and your dried softener will come back up the tube into the vac, clearing your softener tube. This happens when you do a few cold or warm washes and the softener clings to the tube and dries there.
Fabric condtioner won't go through into drum during rinse cycle
Hi,
Thanks for using fixya...
this could be caused by a faulty cold inlet valve if the detergent is
not being taken away. however if the detergent is being taken away
then the valve is working ok as it fills the compartment with water
lifting the detergent out and into the washing machine.
Also, its possible that the hole that takes the conditioner into the machine is clogged up. Try to take a drinking straw and insert it into the hole, see if you'll be able to find any forming residue or something. If you do find some residue...
- Use 1/2 cup of
Washing soda crystals on a 60 degree wash. Run machine with no washing
and let it run the full cycle..
- Add 1 desert spoonful of washing soda to every wash.. sprinkled in the
gap in the door seal to keep the machine in tip top condition and
smelling great.
You will find your conditioner smells amazing when you get rid of the gunk...
Water wont spin out
open washer and check the DRAIN MOTOR PUMP , it could be clogged , inspect , remove any debris , replace and try again , AJ
Not enough water to wash load
May be the filter inside the filler hose;s are clogged. Take the off the back of the washer and clean them out.check the faucets you never no. good luck DFD
Washer keeps stopping, not finishing cycle.
Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it (4 to 6 inches maximum) Of course some direct the hose into sink, fine. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too.
Rate me pl.....if helped. Click on 'thanks for trying' if not helped, your problem will be back for someone else to solve.
