Can start dishwasher but gets stuck on same time
When you say gets stuck - does the dishwasher stop all together or keeps running endlessly with same time displayed on the display.
Can you try with another cycle like rinse only. Does it complete cycle and fully drain water?
If so, the diswasher heater could be packing up. If you use hot water connection then see if you can increase inlet water temperature and run the normal cycle again.
Have fault F2...should I replace rotor?
It is designed to start up wet so pour enough water in to fill the strainer before you start it . A little bit of detergent would help as well . Last be sure you have assembled it correctly .Have fun
How do I turn off the locked drawer option?
If you've followed the instruction on page 9 of the User Manual and it still doesn't work, unplug the dishwasher for several moments and plug back in. This seems to revert all settings to default.
How to drain
The wash cycle starts with the pump running to drain residual water from the tub. Make sure your drain is clear before starting each cycle. I run my garbage disposal with water on for a few seconds before starting the DW. If I don't it won't drain properly with food waste in the disposer basket. You may also need to pull and rinse your drain sump screen (front right corner). Just snap it out and rinse. If your machine doesn't power up at all you'll need to use a sponge to drain the tub
