then doule click & select ok.

Run the program and select update drivers, it will list the list of pdated drivers.

Select the drivers and select download drivers.

If it does not download just select the driver you need and at the bottom you would see a link,

you might have a problem with the driver for the sound card, you need to install the driver or do a reinstallation of the sound driver

make sure it is enabled in the bios

make sure the drivers you load are the correct ones
there are many realteck drivers around

If they use the wide ribbon cable, you need the cables with two connectors. Then set on drive to master and one to slave, or set both to CS - for cable select. When you restart the computer, the OS will do the rest.

Hi Klex, I was able to find the website address www.kdsusa.com through one of their products on Newegg, but the site appears to no longer exist. They also had a phone number listed (1-800-283-131) but that too doesn't seem to work. I have the feeling that they have either close their business or ended their operations in the U.S.. Sorry I didn't have better information for you.
