Windows -->
File Recovery SoftwareFor
Mac OS X -->
Video Recovery for Mac1. Connect your camera (memory card) to a PC or Mac which has installed the recovery program. 2. Scan for the lost video files. 3. Recover them easily.Remember - Do NOT try & write anything back to the recorder memory card until you can recover your files safely!

Deleted footage off my JVC hard disk camcorder Everio GZ-MG30
There is a way to get back those deleted video files from your digital camcorder, BUT it is just possible. Because if those deleted files has been overwritten by new files you saved in, then there is no hope. However usually overwritten cases are hard to happen as long as the hard disk(of your JVC camcorder) has enough volume.
Then, take so called data recovery program to handle the issue and see if you can grab some or all of the deleted files back. Here are some recovery software you may take a try.
If you are running
Windows, try this
video photo recovery program.
If you are using
Mac OS X, turn to this
Mac photo video recover software.
You should take care - before your files are recovered, do not save more files to the device concerned(do not take more videos or photos) in case overwritten situation will happen. I hope you good luck.

Cannot read and download the videos to my pc
Use http://www.downloadvideos-convert.com/download-videos-music
1. Download Video Download Studio, install it.
2. Go to the interface, you can download (Automatic capture) the YouTube video there directly. Tab Download to Convert, you can also click "Add" button to upload the videos from computer. You can also edit video by trim and crop functions.
3. After the video display on the Video Download Studio, click "Profile" and choose "General video", then select an MP4 format. Set destination file, clicking Convert button to complete the task.
Not only convert video to MP4, but also support batch conversion. Safe and easy to operate. No Viruses, No Spyware, No Adware. Do not hesitate. Have a try!

While videoing inside footage isn't clear, what
I think it's low lighting that's giving you the problem. A lot of cameras and camcorders have this problem. They just can't focus correctly in low light situations. Getting more light on the subject will help solve this problem. Just like our eyes, they need light to "see" clearly.

Using .MOD Files In Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 solutions are flawed.
http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html
use their free converter, i've been using it ever since i needed to convert files for my picky nokia 770. personally i convert the .mod files into .avi, and .mp3 (since premiere doesn't recognize the audio as an .avi) its pretty straightforward on how to set it, it even comes with its own codecs

The camera will not turn on. We need the data out
IF there is a hard drive in the unit you may be able to remove that and hook it up to a PC via a USB to hard Drive adapter, then remove the data with that use a program called unstopable copier. link below.
