Ticking noise coming from mb
hi Jim:) this sounds more like the HD because ticking is more commonly associated with it than w/the motherboard. also fans get noisy as the bearings wear out...usually a
"ticking" (if it is a fan) indicates something interfering with the
blades? (dust bunny etc) a noisy hard drive is a warning sign to make sure any data you value is
backed up because "noisy" hard drives can become paper weights any time. there is also a fan in the power supply(PSU) that could be a source of noise.as for the motherboard...there is nothing on the board that would make noise as there are no moving parts. of course none of this explains why you cannot get to the p.o.s.t which is usually the result of a fried mother board, processor and/or the PSU. you could try replacing these things one at a time w/a startup attempt after each one but after many years of servicing computers my instinct tells me it's *********** board because this is what's most common. sorry i don't have better news for you but i hope this helps and if you need anything else just ask:)

If after reading this you still want to update it, all you have to do is visit the motherboard manufacturer website and look for an updated version of your BIOS, there you will find everything you need to know.
If you need to know anything else just ask, i'll help you with pleasure.

Can anyone give me tips for getting hired by a good company for felons?
Step 1) Quit doing whatever earned you the felony in the first place. It sounds simple, I know. The truth is though that employers are often uncomfortable with the perceived risk based on high recidivism rates.
Step 2) Don't lie about the felony. It's better to be rejected for 15 jobs because of the felony than to get one, and be constantly looking over your shoulder. If they hire you in spite of your felony, it is then very hard to terminate you because of your felony. Lie though, and it's bye bye right now most likely.
Step 3) You have to suddenly become the greatest salesman on the planet. And the product you're selling is you. Be prepared in an interview to share more than most would advise; briefly give a background of the charge, how your life circumstances or behaviors contributed to it and be prepared to immediately follow up with what is different in your life today, and why despite the felony label, you would be a good hire.
Step 4) Be prepared for rejection. Don't take it personally, after all, you earned it. Continue on to your next interview and don't get discouraged. Overcoming the difficulties associated with a felony conviction takes time. Progress, progress progress.

How much for school fees?
Although schools are considered free, but in fact it is not quite so. Parents spend a lot on providing their children with the necessary school things. Also, sometimes children attend private schools where tuition is from £ 100 a month. Sometimes you even have to pay for equipment to prevent air pollution. This sometimes seems like a scam. I wrote about this essay on the https://tooly.io/air-pollution/
. If you also believe that the state should fully meet all school needs, then I suggest creating a petition and collecting signatures. The government will never do anything until we do it.
