My labtec mini optical glow

It could be a break in the wiring, or just the pull on the USP port as you move the mouse around. Try another port maybe, where there's a better contact?.

My screen is locked and

Unplug the usb receiver and reboot pc use wired mouse then insert usb again should pick it up in win7 if not run cd again to install drivers.

Mouse not connecting to computer

make sure you have the correct mouse selected control panel mouse hardware you might have to uninstall the drivers then reinstall the drivers control panel mouse you should see 4 tabs buttons,pointers,pointer options and hardware under hardware you can troubleshoot or select properties under driver you can update driver,rollback driver or uninstall and under hardware you can troubleshoot in xp hope this helps

It is not connecting to the computer i am not sure

Follow the steps below:

1. Make sure that the wireless USB receiver (USB dongle) is connected properly to the computer.

2. Replace the batteries of the mouse with fresh ones.

3. Make sure that the mouse is turned on.

4. Hold down the connect button on the USB dongle and underneath the mouse at the same time for five (5) seconds and then release it.

If you get the same problem, contact the manufacturer for repair.

Drivers without having to use Driver Det.

keeping it simple-- all mice load with windows drivers first so if your mouse is not working in the most basic mode on multiple pcs the nthe mouse is dead. contact logitech for out of warranty credit.

i used to have this problems the answer is new batteries its made it work for me and 1 the a mouse pad but now i have a problem my mouse curser doesn't move at all i dont know why lol

is it sync'd ?? you normaly have a button on the anteana and a button on your mouse (undreneath normaly) press the antena one first then your one under the mouse

check the battery and see if its plugged in properly. you may consider setting up the connection between the wireless mouse and the receiver.
