Did you take the remote to the tv and click Select Input. Then select thr RCA where the tv should get the signal from (It might say Component or RCA).Did you try toggling the video?The video will show on most systems when you reboot without you having to do anything. From what I can gather, you just need to locate the jumper labeled PSWD and remove it. Turn computer back on, then back off. Replace jumper pin and turn computer back on. That should do it. Removing the jumper disables password. Turning on computer resets it. Replacing jumper re-enables password capability.

your best bet would be to take it to your local computer repair shop in the hope they are willing to just help you out as it's a very easy repair. failing that ask them if they have a spare switch of the samae type you need and repair it yourself. they normaly have lots of spare bits lieing around they might just give to you.
