If the problem continues in a dedicated outlet then turn the machine off and unplug the network cable. Turn the machine back on with the network cable still disconnected. That error indicates low toner concentration in magenta. Enter diagnostics, select max setup, select toneup/tone down button, select trc control, select the start button. See if you get a result or a failure. If it fails replace the ATC sensor.

The answer to this question is nothing I can find. Best to contact the Customer Support Center for Xerox the number is supposedly on the machine. Good luck!

you need to check and see if it has a seconddary fuse for the healight and or a relay switch

Ensure that the flat side of the Xerographic latch is tight against the flat edge in the indentation on the front of the Xerographic module. Press on the left side of the toner cartridge to ensure the developer assembly is touching the Xerographic module.
