The beeps you hear are BIOS Beep Codes. Sort of like a Morse code, if you know what that is. Every computer has it's own BIOS program, and version of that program. Each BIOS has it's own Beep Codes.

Taking a guess, as I don't know what BIOS program or version you have, it sounds like a ram memory issue.
Suggest you,

1.Unplug the computer

2.Open the computer case

3.TOUCH the metal frame of the open computer case, to relieve you body of Static electricity. Static will silently fry out your delicate computer hardware components. You won't see it or feel it.

4.Remove the ram stick/s. Reinstall the ram stick/s. (Stick/s means one ram stick, or two, three, or four ram sticks)

You may have just had a loose ram stick.

You probably need to install the drivers for your sound and graphics again. Try that and if it doen't work let us know.

try taking out the battery and putting it back in again. also try using the motherboard with the bare minimum. video card memory and processor. make sure all extra power connectors are connected as motherboards and video cards now usually require more than one power cable connection from the power supply.

it could be memory could be processor. make sure processor heatsink is on right it will shut off if it does not cool the processor all fans should be spining.

RAM usually goes in pairs. Do tests with two sticke. They have to be identical

Chances are you just don't have the correct driver installed. Try downloading and installing http://download1.msi.com.tw/files/downloads/dvr_exe/Realtek_AC97_MB.zip to fix this. Good luck!

You need a socket A processor such as an AMD duron or AMD athlon. If these don't work, then there is something majorly wrong with them or your board.

first of all get to the jumper next to the cmos battery in the main board try to change its position for some seconds while power is off this way you will clear cmos. start computer go to bios (hit delete on start up) and save changes.

hit delete on start up and load system defaults then exit saving changes.

chek the board position sometimes if its bottom was in contact with any metal of the pc case then this could cause it to restart (this could damage ur system too!)
