reinstall the driver for the mouse

You can ask the manufacture of the mouse if the bulb can be replace if not you will need to get another mouse.

Hi! Gheng here, what type of mouse your using? if its Ps2 or USB try to unplugged and plug it again then restart your Computer, if it has no changes.. i thnk ur mouse has a problem try to get another one.. Enjoy...

Have you checked the batteries in your mouse? They do need to be replaced.

Se il tuo mouse ? stato fornito con un disco di installazione, allora prima di tutto scollega il mouse, fai un reboot del PC (Spegni e riaccendi), prova a installare i programmi forniti con il CD e poi collega il mouse solo alla fine (Eventualmente prova su una porta USB differente).

Fammi sapere se vedi dei miglioramenti.

did u plugged the mouse in some other usb port also check your mouse with other systems

On the black cover, press on the Targus label - to release the latch - then slide the cover backwards. It's a little tight but the cover should come out. You'll need to (2) AAA batteries for replacement. Cheers
