Open up a web page on the top of the internet page you should see some tabs file edit view favourites tools and help click on the view tab on the drop down list you should see a zoom size % click a different percentage
also a text size you might try a different text size although this will not increase the size of the page only the text inside it
if you do not see these tabs in the top toolbar right click in the top toolbar you will see a number of toolbars and options select the menu tab this will add at it to the toolbar
right click in the top toolbar select the menu bar this will add the menu to the toolbar then select the view option then from the drop down list select full screenhope this helps

Change the resolution of the screen to its maximum in cases where the screen size has been compromised due to selecting a non-native resolution.
To accomplish this, right click on the desktop and select the option to "Personalize."
From there, click on "Display Settings," then slide the resolution bar all the way to the right and press "Ok" to confirm your choice.
This should restore your screen to its proper size.
