Hi There. Firstly, from the sounds of things - The Tablet may be corrupt, as you are needing to go though the Setup process at each start up. However, before jumping to that conclusion - You may first want to clear up the Tablet. Copy all Music, Videos and Pictures to a different device and then clear it off of the tablet. Then uninstall all of the apps you longer require or do not need. Lastly, restart the Tablet and see what happens - If you need to do the setup process, then you will have to take it in for Troubleshooting and / or repair unfortunately.

Hi I looked up the specs on you're tablet no mention of Bluetooth if it wasn't programed in at the factory u will have to do with out it ...cheers

If it has warranty, you can return it though maybe they might object that crack is due tu incorrect manuipulaton of you tablet. Try it. In any case, the shop where you bought it should provide authorized repair service and they should have the spare screen. .

You might try, instead of simply "clicking" a link, hold the link for a couple of seconds... This way, like right-clicking, you can not only choose to simply open the link, open it in a new tab, save it, etc., but you can also see what/where the link points to and decide from there if it's even a viable link! You may not like this particular answer, and I hope you get a better one than I have, but that same thing happened to my Flare 2 & what I am doing, once I eventually got past the green android screen by continuously restarting, is keeping it charged & basically never turning it all the way off, only putting it into sleep mode. I've been told the internal memory chip is damaged somehow if the unit gets reset too many times... Like I said, I really hope you get a better answer than mine. Good luck, I mean it! Geraldine, if holding Vol+ & Power button doesn't work, try Vol- & Power button...this worked for mine right out of the box, and now the plus works instead... Once you see the Android logo, let go. Then you can choose to reset the data first, THEN the factory settings... Let me know how it goes... Good luck & try to have fun!!!
