It looks like an Android device. You can view and delete pictures by touching the *Photos* app. Touch the picture you want to delete and
depending on your Android Operating System version you will either see a little garbage can on the bottom right or have to touch the three vertical dot settings icon and choose the delete option from there. Touching the garbage can should initialize the delete process. You might have to confirm the delete before it gets deleted for good, in either case of operating systems.
If you want to wholesale delete photos and one at a time is too slow, you can usually connect your device to a laptop or desktop using the supplied USB cable and then you can use your computers file manager to select and delete as many photos at a time as you wish.
You have turn off the tablet, then hold Power and Volume+ for 10 seconds.
