The only way you can transfer contact from HTC phone to simcard is
you have to go into address book. you have to click on each contact. and then click on menu(since i have the different htc phone than yours i said menu but sometimes it may say option)
then look for option that said save into simcard.
do this for all your contacts.
there is no easy option to transfer all contact at one time.

Try resetting the network settings. Call your provider because this is more likely a network issue. Or you can do a hard reset.

It is possible that the phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Copy only valid files to the card and do a scan before it is replaced. Also check the voltage on the battery and also the contacts of the battery to the phone. Clean and then replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up or is slow when it is switched ON , then it is confirmed that the software has errors and will need a reinstallation.

Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

Remove some applications that you dont use.
This will free up some memory.

Hello there,

To download the picture that was sent to you. First go to the message and select the message with the picture content. Then you select option, then you scroll to page option, then you select save image, then the picture will be saved to a preferred place you chose, then you will be able to view it from there.

Hi. You can turn off the wifi. That takes most of the battery life. Also, the brightness. Adjust it to a lower setting. These 2 alone will give you a longer battery life. Music also sucks power from your battery so if you are jamming all the time, plug in the phone to a power source.

You have to master reset your mobile..
