I'm sorry to disappoint, but the HTC F3188, AKA "Smart" is not an Android platform device, it is the Brew mobile platform device.

Unless you recently changed any major settings on the phone about connections, I would call the carrier andsee why your calls are being blocked. It definitely sounds like something on their end.

Regarding the GPRS, you have to contact your service provider to send you over the air the settings on your phone. When they do, you may start using internet via GPRS.

You can use any of the Java games on this. But native games even i have no luck on that yet :(
