After you have this problem again. Go to Control panel and look for administrative tools. Click on services and scroll down until you see the print spooler service.. Right click on this and select restart. Let me know if the printer then functions after this.

I have a Magicolor 2400w and had the same problem... I hope I'm not to late because I almost put mine in the trash.How I fixed the problem was I adjusted the solenoid behind the fan on the right side. I made a video and posted is on YouTube. a small pcb on the cartridge contains a serial chip that counts.it can't be reset. Minolta probably calls it a MONEY chip as it forces u to replace the cartridge before u need to. u can buy new pcbs and replace it but it is probably not worth it unless u refill ur own.
Hi there you could install the windows disk that came with the printer then plug in the usb cord with printer on and pc windows should find the drivers that is installed it did take some time to get mine right now works fine
Check if the paper is loaded properly and the paper guide is fitted with the paper.
Clean the media feed rollers by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth.
Here's how to do it:
After cleaning the rollers, put back the drum cartridge. Make sure it is properly installed then close the printer properly. Then print a test page again.

open cover, remove image transfer unit, behind ITU is 2nd image transfer roller, move it with hand, check solenoid and sensors, thaht they moving freely.
restart
push rotate button until it get to black, pull the handle on the front of the toner and release/remove the old one. Line pegs up with slots and lock in place. close all compartment doors.
