Do you have a signal? there should be an icon on the phone showing you if you have a signal. Some phones dont get good reception inside buildings.

Just to honest, My kin is the worst phone I have ever had. It has pretty much no features ,and my back light also stopped working completely. droid here I come

so first go to settings and go to sounds settings.
then go to tones. then go to keyboard tones.

Welcome to Fixya. Unfortunately there is no option to change the font size with the KIN devices.

If you have installed a personalized ringer that is too soft, use a program like Audacity to increase the volume of your ringtone. Also make sure there is no dirt in the speaker.

Microsoft announced they will no longer support the Loop feature on the TwoM. It sadly will no longer function as it once did.
