If you didn't put fuel stabilizer in gas before letting the mower setup all winter, your gas has gunked up your carb. You can verify this by removing the air filter and spraying starter fluid in the carb. If it cranks with the starter fluid, the carb is dirty. Pull the carb and clean it out

Belts dont move mower back and forth, there is a bar that engage the hidrolic transfer, perhaps you move it and you have not tracking power, or, there are a series of rods that actuate the hidrolic, coud be that any of those rods came undone, if any of these to scenarios is happening to you, consider have the hidrolics chec out.

This sounds like your Deck Belt drive has come off or has stretched & needs replacement. This is normal wear & tear, easy to look for under the machine, you may be able to slip it back, on see this site for full descriptions. http://www.troybiltpartsonline.com/oemparts. Normally this caused by a leaky float needle valve in the carburetor; although, if you have a vacuum operated fuel pump it internal may ruptured.

When the brake is locked it will prevent you from pressing the motion pedal. The brake lock is located on the plastic panel beneath the steering wheel. If its stuck and wont release then use one hand to fiddle the brake pedal and use your other hand to pull the brake lock tab out. A little lubricant on the rod and lock will help in the future. Once the brake pedal is released, if the brake is still sticking, lube the pins in the brake caliper. Locate the caliper on the right side of the tranny just in front of the axle. You will see a round disk half covered by a block and a bracket with a spring and rod. Use a penetrant lube and soak the block covering the disk on the disk side.Then grab the bracket at the spring and push toward rear of mower to release the brake and work the brake a few times till the 2 pins in the caliper free up. With mower in neutral and the brake released you should be able to freely move the mower by hand. If the mower still wont drive after that then the brake is not your problem.

Sounds like you have an issue with a broken or off pulley belt.

It thinks that the PTO is on. Do you have two different key positions? If so try both for a temp fix. If not it's probably a linkage or switch problem.

Check under the seat under the battery box there you should find the drive pulleys for the rear end the belt could be worn out and turned inside out causing it to slip or stop pulling once it heats up mine was installed inside out from Lowes when I purchased the mower causing me to replace the belt hope this helps

Check under your deck you could have something that is keeping your blades fro turning.

Check your drive belt it might be badly worn which would make it loose.

THE FUEL PUMP SHOULD BE ON THE SIDE OF THE MOTOR. THERE IS THREE HOSES THAT WILL HAVE TO BE UNHOOK TO PLACE THE NEW PUMP INTO PLACE BE SURE TO HOOK THE SAME WAY THAT YOU TAKE THE OD ONE OFF

Check your battery and see if its fully charged. I had a battery that the charger said was fully charged but a cell was dead. Take it to a battery store and they will check it free of charge. If that's not the problem check all the battery cables on both ends for being tight and clean. If that's not the problem you could have a bad starter.

Sounds like you have the belt running in the opposite direction. You need to Change the way the belt is routed around the pulleys
