My canon i960 is printing only green

I had this problem. If I tried to print a black& white photo on to glossy paper, it would only print green. When I tried on to plain paper using the 'fast' option, it printed in black. The reason for this is, on plain paper it uses the black cartridge, but output to glossy photo paper using the 'high' option, uses the mix of colours in your colour cartridge. If one or more of your colours has run out, you will get a print with the ink left in the cartridge. Replace the cartridge or refill it & your problem is solved.

Canon I960 inkjet printer color shifts

We are experiencing something simillar with our imagepress. As far as I know, every heavily used Canon (or used for a longer period of time) tends to skew colors towards magenta a little bit. We are dealing with it by reducing magenta in color balance menu for all jobs on the printer, but the result is never perfect (especially in grey where is needed perfect balance of colors).

How do I open my canon printer to change the ink

Step 1
  1. Select the ink cartridge specific to your printer. Canon inks are versatile, so your selection may be as simple as choosing between black, color or a multi-pack with black and color cartridges.
  2. Step 2 Turn on your Canon printer. The switch is generally located on the top right hand side of the printer. Open the printer's lid.
  3. Step 3 Wait a moment. The cartridge carrier will automatically disengage.
  4. Step 4 Put your hand behind the existing ink cartridge and pull the cartridge towards you until it pops out. Dispose of or recycle the used cartridge.
  5. Step 5 Carefully pull the tape off the new cartridge.
  6. Step 6 Position the new cartridge into the cartridge carrier. Make sure it is facing the correct position.
  7. Step 7 Press the cartridge carrier gently until it clicks into place. Some cartridges have indicators to demonstrate that they are properly positioned.
  8. Step 8 Close the printer's lid. Print a test page to ensure everything is working properly. ....plz give feedback..

Canon powershot sd600

To "full-format" a disk-drive (or camera memory-stick) means to write 'zero' values all over every recordable surface, in order to make any "previous" files unreadable. To "quick-format" means to discard the Table-Of-Contents, and replace it by a file that says that all the "pages" in the drive are "available" to be written to.

Search online for software that can "crawl" through those supposedly-blank pages, one-by-one, and "stitch" them back together into "files". Search for "data recovery camera memory", or something like that.
