I would be suspicious that the temperature is not low enough and the food is not completely frozen. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION AS THE FOOD COULD EASILY NOW CONTAIN BACTERIA THAT WOULD CAUSE ILLNESS. I WOULD NOT TRUST THE SAFETY OF ANY OF THE FOOD, AND WOULD NOT CONTINUE TO USE THE FREEZER UNTIL I COULD GET IT COLD ENOUGH.

The water line runs by the front and up the door. It is possible it gotted kinked/slashed/loosened . You have to find the leak before we can fix it

u might want to check the fan and make sure the blades are not bent and hitting the condenser coil
