Bring the watch back to the place where the battery was changed, after only 3 days they should at least try another battery , maybe this battery has just gotton loose.

I have a guess W15514G2.. and I want to change the day in the watch, In the first click I am able to adjust Date on one side and month on the other side, the next click makes me adjust the time. But what about the Day? How do i adjust that? Help me

If by 'tighten' you mean that the hands are loose, then you will need to remove the mechanism from it's casing and use special tools to re-secure the hands. This is not an easy job, and not one to be undertaken without the correct tools - you'll also need a very steady pair of hands! I'd suggest that you found a reputable watch repairer to sort it out - it's not a task for the inexperienced.
