You may just need to reset the washer having cleared the error code. This can be done by holding the PROG button for about 3-5 seconds.

The snowflake is the rinse aid warning light and the tipping cup with the S is the low salt warning light. These shouldn't be related to the problem and should disappear when they are refilled.

If holding the PROG button doesn't reset the washer, you need to check whether any water has leaked under the washing compartment. Either remove the kick-plate under the door and check for water visually or pull the washer out from under the counter and tilt it backwards about 45 degrees. The washer is heavy and the bottom can slide out when you do this, so get someone to help you if possible. It's also a good idea to put some old towels on the floor under the back of the washer to catch any water that drains out.

The lower spray arm being loose is a normal condition. The first thing that needs to be checked is that the holes in the spray arms are clean and not blocked. Next once the unit has filled with water, the water level needs to be checked. If it is too low this will be what we need to repair. There is a float assembly in one of the front corners the water should be very close to the float. If it is not there is either a restriction in the fill line, water fill valve or the main board. You should be able to listen to the fill time and that should be around 55 seconds. After these tests are done I will nee the information to continue the diagnosis.

assuming the kitchen tap is ok and water pressure is normal, it is likley the dishwasher inlet valve is not working. Refer part 16 on this diagram.

If you are referring to the Child-lock feature which deactivates the buttons from use then usually on Kenmore dishwashers you can deactivate this child lock by holding the "No Heat Dry" button for 4 or more seconds. This should get the panel to respond again.

The E4 error is not usually associated with newer dishwashers. Older Kenmore dishwashers with digital displays would show an E4 error when the selector switch pads/buttons were stuck. You need someone In to look at it im afraid

When this happens usually it is either a sensor, or the Controller board that has been spiked. or the water may not be coming in, because the Inlet Valve may be stuck. You MUST perform the troubleshooting steps, to sort it out.
