Please remove and check battery terminals . Also if the phone has hung up there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

1. Remove the back cover by lifting it from the bottom end of the device. 2. Lift the cover off.
3. To remove the battery, lift it from the end.
4. Slide the SIMcard into the SIM card holder. Make sure that the gold-coloured
contact area on the card is facing
down on the device, and the
bevelled corner is facing toward
the card holder slot.
5. Replace the battery.
6. Replace the back cover.
