Ive personally never seen a stainless steel tank on a factory vehicle .. i cheap fix is to take a couple old stereo speakers and take the magnets from the back of them , stick them to the bottom of the tank away from the pickup . it will hold the rust particles to that one area and will lesten the chance of them getting through the system . Another cheap yet more time consuming fix is to by Red Kote gas tank liner from your local part store . Drop the tank and clean and coat it .... Otherwise , buy a new tank....

WITH PROPANE THEY NEED CLEAN AIR, I HAVE THIS PROBLEM WHEN I USE THEM IN A CRAWL SPACE, TRY TO PUT IT SOME PLACE WHERE IT CAN GET CLEAN AIR, GOOD LUCK PLEASE LEAVE FEED BACK IF THIS WORKS

The fuel maybe contaminated,or you need some anti-gel additive to add to the fuel.Check the intake filter in the back,near the pump plate.

It would have to be the igniter,just replace it.

your capacitor could be bad or 1 leg of your 220 is down

Probably need to make sure you have enough combustion air/
oxygen sensor orobably the problem

If its a glow coil igniter it could be cracked, it will usually be
cracked in the back

It appears that you need more combustion air and check intake filter

Time for a new kit at your local lawnmower shop.

If there is NO fuel then the pump rotor is probably broken. http://www.reddyparts.com/rotor%20replacement.htm


If there is SOME fuel then set the air pump pressure. http://www.reddyparts.com/pressure.htm

Remove the nozzle from heater and clean, be carefull around the ignitor.

The problem was solved by installing a new nozzle.

If the ignitor isn't glowing it isn't a fuel problem. It may be a pressure switch or bad ignitor.
