Good Morning Friend,
I understand you want to turn the demo mode off of your Electrolux dryer, model# EWED65H. To deactivate the demo mode in your appliance, please try the following:
1)Turn the cycle knob to the last cycle on the right.
2)Press the start button and immediately afterwards press the cancel button.
3)Within 10 seconds, wake up your appliance by pressing the start button once.
4)Immediately, press and hold cancel and the right most key under the display, together for a minimum of 6 seconds. DEMO MODE will no longer show in the display.
5)If a 3 prong power cord (120V cord) is attached, remove it and attach normal 240 V cord.
I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.
-Best Regards-

Have you checked the dryer vent tube that goes to the outside? It may have a clog in it (lint build-up). If it has a flex tube and it's bunched up behind the dryer it will clog and/or restrict the air flow causing heat build-up.
That is not a standard code. You won't find it on the Electrolux site. I can infer nothing from that. You can either try the general troubleshooting tips for Electrolux dryers OR try to contact Electrolux customer support. Since I have no access to whatever this code means, I can't assess the problem. Here is a troubleshooting video for Electrolux dryers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5dDqrB3nk2s
Hello,
I am not sure what your Dryer model is or its age but it could well be that there is a plug loose on the main control board or some fault on the wiring inside the top behind the display panel. You could check to see if this is the case but make sure the mains power is off first, remove the top lid and check,or It would be best to get in touch with Electrolux to see if a repair is covered under the Warranty.
Hope this helps.
This error code indicates the water is overheating during the wash cycle. The first thing to check is if the water inlet hose is connected to the cold outlet and not the hot one. If the hose is properly connected, the temperature sensor will need to be checked and if faulty, replaced.
Difficult without a Model. Electrolux make about a thousand dryers!
To reset your Electrolux dryer, press and hold the "temperature" and "dryness" buttons simultaneously. Keep these buttons depressed for at least six seconds to reset the machine. If this doesn't clear your error code, you likely need service.
I don't know if modern dryers use electronics to regulate the element temperature and protect against overheating but if yours is like that it is clear they aren't doing the job.
Older dryers don't have temperature regulation and mostly don't need it - the only reason they overheated was if airflow was restricted and then the thermal cutout would trip, resetting itself as it cooled. Usually the system is bulletproof because of safety concerns.
I am wondering if the element you are fitting might be for the wrong voltage or if it is a dual element whether it is being connected correctly...
I suspect either the lint trap is completely stopped up or the dryer hose is clogged up. From the limited information I have to go on I doubt it is a thermal fuse.
