Had a look on their web site and couldnt find that torch in their product lists. Basically with all LED lights the LED is soldered onto a small circuit board and is not generally replaceable unless you are into electronics and can solder in a new led.

If its the one I have ... A battery may have failed and leaked causing it and the battery unit to become stuck. I pulled off the top of mine and pulled out the LED assembly and banged it on the bench a few times and it popped out and I cleaned it up with some baking soda and water.

you should load the spring/metal piece in first with the spring facing out. then the batteries.

To change the batteries in your flashlight, unscrew and remove the base tailcap, as the end that doesn't have the light. Remove the battery holder, replace batteries and then replace the battery holder in the same way that it was taken out (spring first). http://ledmuseum.candlepower.us/fourth/gled.htm

Most likely has been charged as many times as possible. Time to replace the battery.
