Does this MW oven have a platter on a turntable?

It is possible the magnetron may have been destroyed. Arcing in the waveguide would likely cause a significant increase of cathode to plate current through it; possibly melting it internally. You could also have failure of the high voltage rectifier; caused also by high current. If that's the only problem, then it's possibly repairable for a reasonable cost. You would have to repair and repainted the waveguide. Some waveguides have a vertical bar in them to aid in dispersion of the microwaves. If this is loose and shorting, then you'd have to replace the entire frame/cavity. Not very practical. Unplug unit and take to repair shop--do not continue to try to use it.

The turntable motor is starting seize, it will reach a point and stop working. The only option is to replace it.

All you require is a new display. You may be able to source one from a trade sales online outlet. Try ebay for ideas or Google the type number with "faulty display" included in the search.

what's sparking... is it by the Magnatron window... or the carousel?...
If there is a carousel... take it out...
if its by the magnatron window,,, then...houston... we have a problem...
might be contamination... and that may require opening up the unit... sorry...
