I cannot find any where on internet, to buy just the transceiver. I recommend contacting microsoft support they should sell replacement products or know where you can get a replacement transceiver.

That guide will give you directions to adjust your mouse properties. I am pretty sure your pointer speed is set to high.

Flashing from red to green and back again means it's in "pairing mode".

Call Microsoft at 800-360-7561 and they will replace it. All you will have to give them is the PIN number located under the battery's. You will not even have to return the original Arc mouse. Must be a big problem for them

Microsoft ARC Mouse has a lifetime warranty best is to phone Microsoft support and they will take your details and send you a replacement mouse (I hade the same problem)

Yes. You can buy a seperate receiver.

No you cant buy from Microsoft nor I've been able to find anything in the net. Microsoft representative suggested buying a new mouse
