change sensor. Do the same for the fuel gauge located on the fuel tank. If gauge move to fill as you groung the sending unit wire, change sending unit. Test the right wire. Ask for further assistance

were is the fuel gauge sensor located ? I don't no where is the fuel gauge sensor. The sensor is a float switch inside the fuel tank.. not likely that the sensor is the problem.
