Kymco 2010 Mongoose 90 R "quad hard start warmed" Questions

quad will start back up. does it idle up and down at will,,,, and gets worse when hot? (if yes - the valves are too tight!!) maybe a little hard to start...?? The carb may need a professional cleaning
