I have a 2007 kymco venox 250cc it stoped running.I think its the gas filter.Where and how do you get to it ? Thanks fred collier st.pete fla.

There are no fuel filters on the Venox 250

    Misleading. KYMCO Venox 250 Service Manual Page 28: Symptom: Fuel does not
    reach carburetor: Clogged fuel filter, also: KYMCO Venox 250 Inspection / Adjustment graphs: suggests replacing fuel filter screen after 20.000km. So it has fuel filter just nowhere else in service manuals has anybody written how to replace it.

SOURCE: Oil filter position

The oil filter is underneath the bike in the front where the large square gray oil pan is located. There are two bolts. One is surrounded by a large circle which is about the size of your new oil filter. Remove the bolt and there will be a small washer then the circular metal plate which cups the oil filter. This has a gasket which seals against leaks and inside of the cupped metal plate is the oil filter. Remove replace, and reinstall the parts in the same order. ,,,

Does anybody know where I can get a head cylinder for a 2007 kymco venox 250cc
Try eBay or a motorcycle part finder site
And on the problem of it reoccurring difficult to say as need to know what damage was caused to piston and valves
Was it just one rocker arm that broke or is the other damaged did the timing jump and piston hit open valves driving them up and breaking arm and damaging cam shaft lobes
You really need to find out why and how it happened
As it may require a complete timing system replacement on that cylinder cam shafts , rocker arms , valves ,drive sprockets top and bottom , drive chain and a piston

sounds like the fuel float to me you could have condensation or trash in tank or you may need to change the float there are no fuel filters on the Venox 250 it also could be the vacume line these are both under the tank and are easy to get to and remove the tank

Does it run with choke on? if so pilot or slow jet is clogged.or check the idle setting.

Kymco Venox sat for a month and half...trouble starting
Loose the gas additive. Clean the air filter and then install new spark plugs. If the bike has carbs, drain the carbs. .... All fixed!
