Change starter its tern but wont start no electriciti going too sparplug

The problem is in the start circuit if the starter won't engage from the key. From battery to ignition switch to neutral park safety switch to starter relay to starter solenoid to starter to ground and back to battery-lights come on so switch is good, next check the neutral safety switch for power in and power out.
Once you get the start circuit working so starter engages from the key, then you can address the ignition circuit for possible no spark.

make sure they are all the way in the head and u have to get them around the gap that they need or they wont fire on time and the engine wont start cause the fire timing is off make sure the wires are all the way on to

you could have a hydro lock preventing it from terning is the starter good ive had lotsof bad starters directly from the part store check the bat you need 12v and enough amps to tern it over the next thing is check for a good ground if you have a ground thats weak it wont tern over properly

Battery is in good shape, it has gas, fuses check good in center console fuse center and in front of hood, wen i tern the key i can hair relays clicking but ignition wont tern or start ,check starter and its good. OK then do you have a "security" light on in the dash cluster?

try to change your battery and your sparplug

check for spark on sparplugs or sending unit it migth get damage when your cables crossed

kinda need to know more, if the engine won't tern over then it's the starter ore the starter silinoid

First check the condition of your battery, then check all terminals to make sure that they are clean, even the ones at the starter. Then the starter last of all, but if the start needs to be replaced, make sure that the surface of the block is sanded for good ground for the new starter will last a lot longer following this advice.

I had a 94 which i fixed this same type of problem by putting in a new distributor

check timing it should be 5 b tdc 600 idle speed . this is for manual or automatic . check fuel pressure it should be 38 psi. when check timing idle speed should be at 600-800 rpms.your timing has to be checked using a scanner only. not adjustable with timing light.
