Nice thing about the Roadliner, if a car does hit you, it'll probably bounce off with major damage.

How's the battery holding up? Check the voltage on the battery and also check to see if it is bubbling a lot. 13.8V is optimal for the battery charging with the engine running, but up to 14.4 is common. If it's running a lot over that and the battery is making a lot of bubbles, probably the regulator is the problem.

If the battery is low on electrolyte, the regulator doesn't have anyplace to dump electrons, and that could also be a problem, so make sure the battery connections are good and tight, too.

Yes it most likely is the problem. and as for the fuse box it should be somewhere on the right side above the motor.

1993 chevy silverado parking lamps go of when i turn on headlights, signal lights flicker when i press on brake.

Yes I would look for a ground circuit problem. I would look at the ground wires for the headlights first. Even run a new ground wire for the tail lights to see if it helps.
Could be a ground connection for the body to frame or body to battery.

I have a 1974 Yamaha DT360. Everything works except directional signals. I have power to both rear flashers, no power to both fronts.

Check in back of or inside of the headlight globe to make sure that the lights have good connection and that there is power at that point. Inside the headlight globe is normally the central point for most wires to connect to one another. Check and look for any broken, corroded, or diconnected wires in and around the signals and globe. Make sure that the turn signal outer bodies have a good ground.

The marker ("running") lights are a separate circuit than the signal lights.
Normally you have a tail light, and the front running lights on with the headlight.
The bulbs used in the rear signal lights would be a single filament 1156 bulb, whereas the bulbs in the front are dual filament, one for turn signal, one for running light.

What is the available amperage for accessories?

In the past, many individuals with extra lighting (and I mean a lot of 'em) would simply wire another battery in parallel with the first one. That way you don't need to buy a higher amp, (more"$") alternator.
