1987 honda Accord Won't Move

I just did a clutch job on my Accord. During my test drive something locked up and wouldn't allow the car to move anymore. When the front is up off the ground I can shift through gears and get the wheels to move but on the ground the RF wheel will not move at all. Any Ideas what could cause this.

The wheels will move off the ground even if the tranny is locked up because the one wheel is turning backwards to the other one thru the diff. You will have to take the clutch back out and see if it was installed backwards.

My 1993 honda accord goes into gear but when i pull the clutch out and give it gas it wont move

you pulled the transaxle and replace the clutch disc, pressure plate and throwout bearing< really?
the first thing, for all hydr. clutch actuators is to test it with 2 persons.
you depress clutch
and person two ganders at the clutch lever into bell housing. of trans-axle. then sees if it moves 3/.4 to 1 inch. if not , the MC or slave
clutch actuator is bad. replace it.
is the clutch MC reseviour. low? or empty

clutch slip. the retaining spring in the clutch may have snapped... would need to be looked at.... or the if it is fitted with the hydraulic clutch its not letting go at the piston. would still need to be looked at eather way you need to get to the clutch to see.

1992 Honda Accord EX, A/C blows hot air

all cars.
the first test (old post ) is
1: is the compressor clutch energized (locked) and compressor spinning at full speed?
that is the 1st. once we have that, we move to the next test.
its not hard, but is tedious and you need a voltmeter.
if no up to having a meter, or the tedium , say so.
if you want pure wild gussing ,say so..

my wild guess, (will be wrong 99% time)
low freon. (based on age (old)

My 1998 Honda civic ex won't move but the motor

Have you just replaced the clutch? Taken out the transaxle, and put it back in? Are you sure transmission was in good condition before this? If so, review your procedure carefully to be sure you got it all back right.
Watch the slave cylinder while someone depresses clutch. You should see the little plunger move slightly out and move the clutch lever back. The lever moves the release bearing inside bell housing into contact with the pressure plate. If slave cylinder doesn't move at all, try bleeding again. The plunger has to move when clutch is engaged.
I'm not sure what you mean by "will shift but won't go into gear". You mean it's actually going into a gear position and car won't move? Or it won't go into any gear, period. As if you had no clutch?

My clutch works sometimes and sometimes it don't. I was driving came to a stop, tried to go it sounded like the clutch popped out of gear or something broke. My car wouldn't go so I got towed. but...

A clutch that's failing doesn't behaves like that - it slowly starts slipping until it fails completely and definitely. If it would break suddenly (like when the pressure plate would snap) the noise and the vibrations it would generate would be unbearable.
No, in your case something is failing inside the transmission/gearbox - most likely in the command forks and their locking pins. The gearbox will have to taken off the car and dismantled to investigate and fix that, and it will be expensive.

1990 honda accord lx is stuck in drive. i can move the shifter but it won't change gears. can't get it in park or neutral only drive works. figured out i can restart engine if i hold the shifter...

if you open up the hood and look on top of the transmission you will see a gold colored arm connected to a rod or cable this cable or rod probably came dissconnected or broke just rech in with some channel locks and move it possition by turning the gold rod shaft coming out of the transmission. it might not be gold it might be black depending on how dirty the engine is. if you have some one sit in the car and move the shifter you will see what needs to be moved. hope this helps

Honda accord 1993, I have a problem when I get up to normal speed 50mph and let off of the gas I have a grinding noise. If I slow down by not letting off the gas by holding the brake on,or put it in...

I'll bet it maks the same noise backing up too the motormounts are loose enough to allow the fan belt drive to run into something. with the hood open and someone driveing the car have them put the car in gear and watch the motor move around ( it should move around a little) as they put the car in reverse and hold the brake so the car doesn't move lean or the gas and you should see where it's hitting and make the repairs or reconnect something that's falling off like the raditor fans, the hoses for the air conditioner or other belt drive conponants. If this doesn't find anything look at the drive axels and see if their covers and shields are all in place and not runnininto something

Car starts fine. stopped at redlight, went to take off and car would not move. it's a 5 spd 91 accord. put car in neutral let go of clutch and it kills.HELP! it's like i had my foot on the brake or...

One immediate possibility occurs to me, if letting out the clutch in Neutral kills the engine - transmission failure. Locked brakes would not cause the engine to die in neutral. Your trans is siezed - so if you connect it to the engine (by releasing the clutch) it dies. Your front wheels cannot roll for the same reason.
